Pete’s first trip abroad with the camera post COVID was a long awaited visit to Madeira. As this gallery demonstrates, the island is full of wonders and, as many youtubers will attest, a photographers dream. While there however, Pete was fortunate enough to make contact with and meet a landscape painter from Northumberland called Paul Stangroom. Of all the magical moments packed into that trip, it is the short time with Paul, who very sadly is no longer with us, that lingers.
